we’ve not yet been introduced, my name is Karen Richins
and I’m the owner of Cruise And Travel NetWork. Long ago
I was looking through web sites for travel information and pricing,
probably the same you’re doing right now. My searches led
me to travel website after travel website. The point is that
there are an overwhelming number of sites to explore. And the
pricing is difficult to compare. My curiosity was struck and
I asked myself: How do you know how to make a comparison
and find the best deal?
Having
cruised numerous times since the 1970’s in addition to
vacationing at a variety of resorts, I’ve experienced many
dream vacations firsthand. Mix in my passion for cruising, belief
of the value of a cruise, sales and business experience, and
I knew I had to launch another career into the travel industry.
What
did I do next? I researched everything!! Bricks-and-mortar
agencies (many have closed down to become home based), franchises
(expensive
and that cost would have to be passed on), the $495 specials
(multi-level marketing, or of questionable integrity), and host
agencies (bonded and insured agencies supporting outside agents).
After months and months of sorting through the options I settled
on affiliating with the largest agencies. Why? These established
agencies have the certifications, bonds and insurance coverage
that pre-qualify them as reputable. Along with preferred pricing
that I can pass on to you.
I’m
here to say it was an excellent decision. Using a home office
reduced the cost of running the business. Having direct access
to hundreds of seasoned agents is like having the encyclopedia
answer questions. We share our knowledge with each other. We
do the homework for you. Then we pass the information on to you,
the customer. Finding the best value and the lowest price is
what we do best!
There
was still one more challenge left . . . finding a partner to
help me take care of business.
With
much excitement, allow me to introduce Katrina Gerry, a long
time business associate and trusted friend. Active mother of
2 children, with a gifted ability to accomplish any task handed
to her. In record time I might add! She’s the expert on
family vacations and is a Disney Specialist.
